Placing Your Order

Click on a category tab to select from your category of interest. Choose from diamonds, gold, silver, gemstones and pearls, bridal accessories and fine watches.

See the bottom of your category's opening page for sub-category tabs. Click on any of these tabs (rings, bracelets, etc.) to view a full selection of merchandise in that sub-category.

Do you have a specific item in mind? Enter a keyword or phrase into our Product Search function to find exactly what you're looking for.

If you wish to purchase an item, you can click on the "BUY" tab to add that item to your personal shopping cart. Or, click on the "BACK" button to return to the selection view.

Ready to make a purchase? Just click on "CHECKOUT" to obtain a secure order form. Complete the requested information, including your credit card and shipping information. In order for us to deliver your order with the best quality service right to your door, please have your Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card ready, along with a valid physical shipping address or a valid AFO or PFO address for your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box.Brownlee Jewelers will not ship items outside the United States. Along with the credit card information we will need the CCV2, the three digit numbers on the back of your card.

Once you've completed the online order form, just click "SUBMIT" and you're done in no time! You will receive immediately an order summary with your order number, total cost, payment information, mode of shipment and, if this is a gift purchase, any message you wish to enclose on a personalized brownleejewelers.com gift card. Once we have approved the information given is correct we will sent you a confirmation that the order was process, if not your order will be cancelled. (Anything suspicious will be reported to the credit card companies). We recommend printing a copy of this order summary for your records. We will also send to you via e-mail your shipment tracking information once your order is shipped.

Return Policy

brownleejewelers.com 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and 90-Day Exchange Guarantee

We accept merchandise returns for full refunds within 30 days of the original date of purchase. The merchandise must be in like-new condition accompanied by the original sales receipt. Within 90 days of the original purchase, you may exchange your merchandise for item(s) of equal value. Please contact our customer service department with any further questions regarding brownleejewelers.com's return and exchange policies outlined below.

How to Return or Exchange Merchandise

When your shipped merchandise arrives, carefully examine it right away. If you are not satisfied with your items for ANY reason, contact our Customer Service Center at your earliest convenience, either by phone (888-276-9653) or e-mail (customerservice@brownleejewelers.com). Our caring representatives are available to help you Monday through Friday, 9:00 am-5:00pm EST.

Please explain any problems to your customer service representative. brownleejewelers.com cannot accept any returns without prior authorization. Your representative will give you instructions and a return authorization (RA) number for returning the merchandise. Please write the RA number on the outside of the returned package so that it can be readily identified.

All returned items must be in like-new condition, accompanied by the original packing slip and receipt, the original packaging, including any gift boxes, and all warranty materials. brownleejewelers.com refunds shipping charges only if we have sent a wrong or defective item.

brownleejewelers.com is not responsible for returned merchandise that is lost or damaged in transit. To ensure a safe return, we recommend that you use the same shipping company used by brownleejewelers.com. Furthermore, we advise that you insure the item for its full value during shipment.

Once we receive your returned merchandise with all necessary information and materials, we will either ship a replacement or credit your account in the original form of payment. If you are returning items within 30 days of purchase, please let us know whether you would like a refund or an exchange. We will process your account credit or exchange as soon as possible, usually within three business days upon receipt of your returned items.

For a faster, more efficient exchange process, please notify your customer service representative upon receiving your RA number which item(s) you want in exchange. This way, we can have your new order ready to ship as soon as we receive your return.
