breathless when I returned to pick up my rings that had been left for resizing and was presented with a brand new wedding set! Ivan presented me with the ring and I thought he had accidentally given my someone else's ring. India did a great job supporting my husband in selecting a ring that she thought would be pleasing to me, based upon a single encounter (and I must admit, I can be picky). She nailed it! Both India and Ivan were instrumental in synchronizing the timing for the new ring to be ready when I returned to pick up the ring left for resizing. I was blown away at how they worked with my husband to bring this amazing surprise to fruition. Absolute Superior Customer Care!!
